Innoslate Cloud 4.14.2.0 arrived September 4, 2026, with enhancements to collaboration, dashboards, diagrams, security, and overall platform stability, alongside an updated End-User License Agreement (EULA).

In Innoslate 4.14.2.0, the Comments tab is now available directly within the Gantt Chart, Kanban Board, Risk Burn-Down, Traceability Matrix, and XY Plot. The Comments tab also displays the associated entity's name and number, giving users additional context while reviewing discussions.
Teams can also filter Comments and Change Request dashboard widgets by a selected entity, making it easier to focus on conversations and proposed changes associated with specific parts of a project.
These enhancements help keep communication, project information, and engineering data connected within the same digital environment.
The release also expands the ways teams can configure Innoslate around their projects and workflows.
Test Cycle widgets can now be added to dashboards, bringing testing information together with other project data. Dashboards also automatically resize to a single-column layout on smaller screens for a more responsive viewing experience.
Several diagramming enhancements give users more control over their models. When creating Requirement, Risk, State Machine, and Timeline Diagrams, users can now choose the root entity's class.
Hierarchy Diagrams also gain new layout controls, allowing users to adjust the horizontal and vertical spacing between nodes to improve the organization and readability of complex models.
Additional improvements throughout the release include updates to the AI Requirements Generator ruleset, expanded Quality Checker unit checking, improvements to Guided Tours, presentation formatting enhancements, and numerous UI stability updates.

Innoslate 4.14.2.0 includes dozens of bug fixes across Documents View, Database View, diagrams, dashboards, presentations, simulations, reporting, cross-project workflows, schema management, and other areas of the platform.
The release addresses issues ranging from diagram rendering and dashboard resizing to cross-project entities, document thumbnails, computable attributes, PowerPoint exports, Quality Checker interactions, and more.

Innoslate has also been updated to Apache Shiro 3 as Apache Shiro 2 approaches end of life.
Additional authentication-related enhancements include support for signed outbound SAML requests and the ability for OAuth users to configure the amount of leeway time provided to OAuth requests.

Alongside this release, SPEC Innovations has updated the Innoslate End-User License Agreement (EULA) to better reflect Innoslate's current capabilities and product offerings.

Revisions include updated terminology, expanded intellectual property language, enhanced warranty and limitation-of-liability provisions, and customary legal provisions such as waiver and severability.
The updated EULA also provides additional clarification regarding AI-powered features, helping ensure the agreement reflects the capabilities available within Innoslate today.
