As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your deep understanding of engineering solutions to articulate value propositions, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Location: Manassas, Virginia with the opportunity for hybrid or fully remote.

Job Type: Full-Time



  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to tailor solutions to client requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for business growth.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in the engineering or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of engineering solutions and technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's +12 years, Master's +10 years, or Ph.D. +7 years in engineering software domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of Systems Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering, and Mission Engineering analysis.
  • Experience using Model-Based Systems Engineering software tools.
