SPEC Innovations President Receives INCOSE Founder’s Award

Manassas, VA; 07-25-2023: SPEC Innovations is excited to announce that company president, Dr. Steven Dam, received the International Council of Systems Engineering’s (INCOSE) 2023 Founder’s Award! Dr. Dam was presented with the award at INCOSE’s International Symposium in Honolulu, Hawaii.

INCOSE states, “The Founder's Award is a highly prestigious award presented annually to one distinguished member of INCOSE who has made a major contribution to INCOSE. The award recognizes outstanding individual contributions to INCOSE, be they a single event or a lifetime of significant efforts. These contributions are of a highly significant nature and contribute positively to the advancement of INCOSE or an INCOSE Chapter.”

Dr. Dam was recognized for his decades of sustained contributions as Chapter President of the San Diego and Washington Metro Area (WMA) chapter, Director for the Americas sector, and Author of INCOSE-recognized books and conference papers.
