SPEC Innovations Becomes V3 Certified

Manassas, VA; 05-26-2022: SPEC Innovations is excited to announce that we are now certified by the Virginia Values Veterans V3 Program! The V3 Program’s mission is to help employers develop and implement long-term strategies and nationally recognized best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining Veterans.

Virginia has a unique opportunity to help Veterans gain career employment, as it has one of the youngest Veteran populations in the United States and the fastest-growing Veteran labor force in the United States. The SPEC Innovations team is currently 20% Veterans and their knowledge from their time in the military is an invaluable asset for the work we perform.

President of SPEC Innovations, Steve Dam, said, “We are thrilled to now be V3 certified! We value our Veterans immensely and are honored to be a part of helping them transition. We look forward to the future of working closely with V3 and attracting top talent from these amazing Veterans!”
