• Is AI required to use Innoslate?

  Generative AI is optional and can be enabled, configured, or excluded based on organizational requirements. Innoslate and Sopatra both use self-contained, internal Natural Language Processing (NLP). The NLP features can be used in air-gap environments.

• What AI models does Innoslate support?

  Innoslate supports multiple model options, including externally hosted models and models deployed within controlled environments. Organizations can select models that meet their security and compliance requirements.  The LLM can be local or a secure option (Ask SAGE & Microsoft Azure OpenAI). 

• Can we use our own models?

  Yes. Enterprise and government users can integrate and manage their own AI models within their infrastructure. 

• Where is AI available?

  AI is available in Innoslate Cloud. For enterprise and government deployments, AI is not pre-configured and must be integrated based on organizational requirements. 

• How is data handled when using AI?

  Customer data remains under organizational control. Data usage depends on how AI is configured and deployed, enabling organizations to define boundaries that align with their policies and compliance needs. 

• Does SPEC Innovations train AI models on customer data?

  AI usage and data handling follow defined policies and agreements. Organizations maintain control over how their data is used within AI workflows.
